ABOUT ME
Natalie Hazen grew up in Canton, Georgia, and began writing scripts and shooting guerrilla movies on her dad's camcorder in high school. She was accepted into NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and graduated in 2010 with a BFA in Dramatic Writing and the Goldberg Award for Excellence in Undergrad TV. While at NYU, Natalie interned for The Colbert Report and various Off-Broadway theatre companies. She also wrote for Someecards and founded the annual sketch show "One Night of Chuckles" at NYU. In 2011, she moved to Los Angeles and appeared on The Young and Hungry List – The Top 100 Writers on the Verge. In 2014, she completed UCLA's Professional Program in Screenwriting. Most recently, she was selected as a Playwriting contributor for the 2019 Sewanee Writers' Conference. She has written for Comedy Central's Trip Tank, Netflix's Skylanders Academy and the Food Network.
